Life is better when we do it together.
Some things are easier to learn, explore and navigate when we're surrounded by people who understand.
That's why we offer group programs, workshops, courses and training that bring people together around shared experiences, interests and needs.

Her Village

Her Village is a six month group journey for women and mothers who have left a violent relationship and already accessed safety planning through one of our partner agencies. If you're ready for the deeper work of healing, rebuilding yourself, and breaking patterns that no longer serve you or your children, this is your next step.

In this workshop for parents, carers and supporters, we offer practical strategies for supporting young people experiencing mental health challenges. We talk about suicide, self-harm, brain development and social pressures. You will leave feeling empowered with tools you need to help your child through this difficult time.
