Elizabeth Banks is a counsellor, mental health educator, and founder of The Village Health. With over a decade of clinical practice and leadership in community mental health, she delivers powerful, research-informed, and deeply human keynotes and workshops on domestic and family violence, mental health, trauma, and child and adolescent brain development.

Drawing on clinical practice, neuroscience, and lived experience, Elizabeth helps organisations, practitioners, educators, and leaders build safer, more connected, and resilient communities.
