We are delighted to announce an upcoming workshop for parents that will  equip you with critical insights, tools, and strategies to empower and support your child's mental health.

In this brief workshop, you can learn ways to be an effective support system for your children while still prioritizing your own mental wellbeing. As the primary source of support for your child, you play a critical role in their mental health journey, and this workshop will  deepen your knowledge, understanding, and skills. Director of The Village Health, ELizabeth is professional and compassionate and will share real-life cases, practical tools, and hands-on solutions. This interactive and engaging workshop will encourage you to ask questions and engage in self refelection.
