About the event

This engaging and interactive workshop is designed specifically for 9-13 year olds to help them express themselves clearly, set healthy boundaries, and build positive relationships.

What Your Child Will Learn:

  • Self-Advocacy: Understand the importance of speaking up for themselves and how to do so in a respectful and effective way.

  • Assertiveness Skills: Develop the ability to stand up for their rights and opinions while respecting others. Learn the difference between passive, aggressive, and assertive communication.

  • Effective Communication: Gain practical skills for clear and confident communication, including how to say "no" and handle social  and personal pressure.

  • Conflict Resolution: Learn strategies for managing conflicts and disagreements in a positive and constructive manner.
