About the event

Parenting a tween or teenager is one of the most rewarding and challenging things you will ever do. When self-harm enters the picture, it can feel overwhelming, frightening, and deeply isolating.

You are not alone, and you don't have to navigate this without support.


Join Elizabeth Banks, founder of The Village Health, for an honest and compassionate evening designed specifically for parents and carers. This workshop will give you real information, practical tools, and the reassurance that comes from being in a room with people who truly understand.
