Her calming voice will lead you to make meaningful connections, innitiate self healing and release unhelpful beliefs.     Meditation is an ancient mindful practice that has increasingly gained notoriety in mental health treatment over the recent years. It has demonstrated significant improvements with symptoms of anxiety and depression. At the end of each class, you will leave with increased clarity a peaceful body, and a quieter mind.
