About the event

Embark on an 5 week journey designed to nurture mindfulness and resilience. Each week, we will explore evidence based mindfulness strategies, fun activities and mindful practices to boost mental clarity and inner strength. Join us for an unforgettable experience of growth and empowerment!


With the continued success of our school holiday Mindfulness Workshops, we are excited to offer the amazing content in a different format! The 5 week journey allows us to go deeper in the mindfulness tools and strategies that we know work so very well and are truly life changing for your child and your family! 


Interactive Games: Fun, mindfulness-based games that reinforce learning

Social Connection: Meaningful connection with likeminded peers

Creative Learning: Creative activities that help  express their mindfulness experiences
