About the event

Mighty Minds: The Parent & Carer Workshop

Calm homes. Connected kids. Confident parents.

Parenting is one of the most important roles we’ll ever have AND one of the hardest.

If you’ve ever found yourself reacting instead of responding, feeling overwhelmed by big emotions (theirs or yours), or quietly wondering if you’re getting it right… you are not alone.

Mighty Minds is a warm, evidence-based, in-person workshop rooted deeply in the neuroscience of brain development. This workshop is designed to support parents and caregivers with practical tools they can actually use in real life, especially when things feel hard.

This is not about perfect parenting.
